Industrial Warehousing Regulation • 7-Day Inspection WindowUnder commercial procurement terms, returned non-defective items incur a mandatory 10% restocking penalty. Refunds are processed exclusively in Rials to the verified buyer bank account following technical warehouse inspection.

Click each section to view detailsIf a customer wishes to return standard unused goods within 7 calendar days of receipt, a mandatory 10% penalty and restocking fee is deducted from the refundable amount to cover warehouse handling, repacking, and administrative costs.
Items eligible for return must be completely unused, uninstalled (not welded, threaded, or exposed to pipeline fluid), and retained in their original factory protective packaging with brand tags intact.
Following return arrival at the central logistics hub and inspection approval, refunds will be credited exclusively in Rials to the buyer registered IBAN (Sheba) within 48 to 72 business hours.
Freight & Dispatch Costs:
Freight costs for returning materials to the central warehouse are borne by the customer; initial transit freight charges are non-refundable.
